Overview
General surgeons are involved in the diagnosis and management of diseases which affect these organ systems. All of our surgeons have completed at least five years of residency training in general surgery, are board certified or board eligible in general surgery by the Indian and American Board of Surgery. Many of them have also completed additional fellowship training in specific subspecialty areas of general surgery such as: bariatrics, breast, colorectal, complex gastrointestinal, endoscopy and laparoscopy, endocrine, head and neck, and this subspecialty is the focus of their practice.
